The Opportunity

As a Claims Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of low-value claims. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Claims Oversight: Effectively manage and process an assigned set of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of the insurance sector and the intricacies of claims management.
  • Team Collaboration: Take individual responsibility while collaborating with team members to ensure optimal outcomes for key clients, adhering to established service standards.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial protocols set forth by WTW, including adherence to the reserving process within your authority limits.
  • Client Interaction: Address day-to-day client inquiries proficiently, aligning with WTW's core values.
  • Audit Adherence: Understand and comply with the audit requirements to maintain operational integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in and contribute to the Continuous Improvement Forum, fostering a culture of enhancement and efficiency.
