Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a dedicated team of accounts receivable professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with other department managers to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with major stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.
