Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre Representative at Pearson Locke Solicitors. The representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Interpersonal Skills for effective communication
- Computer Literacy for data entry and systems navigation
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
