You will lead the structuring of the commercial strategy for designated global key accounts, acting as a global single point of contact.


As part of a Global Company, the desired candidate will have the opportunity to also lead opportunities in other countries when required by the business.


Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Within a geographic area, generates commercial opportunities. Maximizes customer value and sales through solutions of high additional value within an appropriate level of risk.
  • Support business of GEV Wind Onshore in other countries, as required, leveraging its own knowledge and/or developed relationships.
  • Responsible for customer relationship in all commercial aspects, including leading the relationship with designated key accounts for opportunities in other geographical areas.
  • Act as single point of contact between the industry associations in UK and Ireland with GEV Wind Onshore, participating in the meetings and defending GE Vernova´s interests.
  • Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
  • Prepare budgets for wind onshore projects and evaluate GEV´s competitive position. Assess opportunities and ensure compliance with internal approval and assessment processes while managing transaction timetable, budgets and coordinating multidisciplinary transaction teams.
  • Identify new partners to increase competitiveness of GEV´s products and services, as well as long-term strategy.
  • Develops specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and possesses exceptional communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders. Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensures business metric delivery within area of responsibility.
  • Interacts with other business of GEV to structure global energy solutions for our customers.
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with renewables C-suite executives, resulting in development of long-term C-suite relationships.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Wealth of experience in the renewable energy industry.
  • Proficiency use of English. Location in London or Dublin.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% of time, mainly within the assigned countries.
