As the Reception Manager, you will report directly to the Rooms Division Manager. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our team delivers a naturally friendly, helpful, and responsive level of service to all our guests and customers.

What youll do

  • Lead and motivate the reception team to provide exceptional service.
  • Ensure all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage daily operations at the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

What we are looking for

  • Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
  • Support the duty management team as needed.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and positive attitude.
