As the Reception Manager, you will report directly to the Rooms Division Manager. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our team delivers a naturally friendly, helpful, and responsive level of service to all our guests and customers.
What youll do
- Lead and motivate the reception team to provide exceptional service.
- Ensure all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage daily operations at the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
What we are looking for
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
- Support the duty management team as needed.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and positive attitude.
