Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our presence in the European market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the region’s business culture, and the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will drive revenue-producing initiatives and innovative avenues to expand Impact. A bonus structure will incentivize the development of new partnerships and revenue generation from these alliances.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the European market.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

2. Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

3. Market Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Provide insights to the leadership team to inform product and marketing strategies.

4. Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Coordinate with the global sales team to align on strategies and best practices.

5. Reporting and Administration:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.



Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in sales, business development and strategic partnerships.

Proven track record of identifying and securing strategic partnerships that drive revenue

growth.

Strong understanding of SAAS/Software sales and partnership.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business goals.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
