About the Company - Our client is a rapidly expanding manufacturer and retailer of luxury interior products, who have recently taken on external investment and are in the process of undertaking a major rebrand and repositioning in their market. They have a newly refurbished retail shop in Kensington and a separate production facility in Essex, where their flooring is hand finished as per their customers’ request.
About the Role - We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Director, ideally with 10 years or more experience in the luxury flooring industry, to come on board and help drive the business to the next level, turning it into a multi-million pound enterprise.
The board of directors have ambitious plans to massively increase the size of the business and have already set about making major changes to grow the business and capture market share.
The role would suit someone who is not only highly ambitious, but also heavily customer focused and looking to become part of a company that is at the beginning of a major growth phase, sharing in the future profits as the business grows.
The role offers the opportunity for significant earning potential, the chance to travel around the UK and to come in at a senior management level.
You will have strong sales experience and experience in the luxury flooring industry, our client is willing to consider other backgrounds in the interiors / architectural finishes sectors, for the right candidate. Please highlight this experience if you apply.
