The Role


This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a unique and complex venue that offers brasserie-style cuisine, emphasising seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant is situated in an architecturally stunning space along the South Bank of the Thames, surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of one of London’s most renowned cultural districts, close to major theatres and festivals.


In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing the strategic execution and management of all aspects of the food and beverage operations. You will collaborate closely with the senior team to develop strategies aimed at increasing covers and revenue, while also contributing to marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships. This position encompasses a full spectrum of General Manager responsibilities.


The Candidate


The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in successful restaurant operations and experience in challenging environments.
