MeetLuci, Londons first Italian Dining Bakery, located in the heart of Covent Garden. Sharing the same heritage as the grand cafes of Milan,Lucibrings the best of Italy from breakfast through dinner.


Located on Long Acre in The Yards, were just a two minute walk from Covent Garden Station or two minutes from Leicester Square station.


Our dynamic kitchen is where creativity meets precision. As our Head Baker, you will be the creative force behind our bakery offerings, crafting exquisite baked goods and confections that captivate our guests.

Your day with us:

  • Culinary Creativity: Lead our bakery in creating and presenting an innovative array of pastries, desserts, and confections, ensuring each item reflects our high standards for quality, flavour, and artistry.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the pastry team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment while overseeing scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to support staff development.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth kitchen operations by managing inventory, controlling costs, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, while actively participating in menu development and seasonal offerings.
