Join Our Team

We are seeking a skilled Head Baker to join our team at Luci. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our artisanal breads and pastries, ensuring that every item meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily production of breads and pastries, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, in collaboration with our culinary team.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in bread-making and pastry techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Head Baker or Pastry Chef in a high-end bakery or restaurant.
  • Excellent knowledge of artisanal bread-making and pastry techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train junior staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
