What you will be working on? - Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market trends.
  • Oversee the scouting, signing, and career development of artists across various music genres.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic priorities and goals for the talent management team.
  • Guide artists through their career journeys, providing creative and business direction.
  • Coordinate with A&R, marketing, digital, and other departments to support artist growth and brand building.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the talent management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of team members.
  • Maintain and expand a strong network within the music industry, including relationships with record labels, producers, agents, and other key stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management within the music industry, with a proven track record of successful artist development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the music industry landscape, including digital media, marketing, and legal aspects.
