We are currently recruiting for a Production Coordinator to join our Production team in our Market Road, London, Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.


The Production Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager in managing the production lifecycle from order placement to delivery into the warehouse, ensuring on time delivery of all ranges and products.


As a Production Coordinator you will set a seasonal planner to anticipate and prevent day-to-day issues working closely with the Technical and Logistic team, and ensuring the final product reflects the brand essence of Agent Provocateur.


Critical Path Administration

  • Work closely with the production team on all production issues providing proactive solutions
  • Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings
  • On time approval of packing lists and invoices, always ensuring accuracy. Liaise with the Logistics team to ensure that stock is collected to achieve on time delivery into all warehouses.
  • Communicate with warehouse on discrepancies/faulty stock
  • Monitor label production in accordance with Critical Path


Purchase Order Administration

  • Check data on style item cards is accurate and complete. Updating any outstanding information prior to shipment
  • Support with raising new Purchase Orders on Business Central with correct cost, quantity and delivery information. Ensuring delivery dates are confirmed in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Production Manager and Finance to ensure on time payment of deposits & bulk shipments
  • Support with publishing weekly delivery schedule and launch calendar to Production Manager
  • Issue price changes and amendments to POs when agreed and in a timely manner


General Admin

  • Support the general admin of the team
  • Support the organisation of meetings


As a Production Coordinator, you will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Production Coordinator or within a similar role
  • Have previous experience in working within the Luxury Retail Field
  • Have a methodical, accurate, logical and concise approach to work with strong attention to detail
  • Be highly computer literate with competent knowledge of Excel
  • Be able to work at all levels of the organisation and develop relationships throughout the business to foster effective communications
  • Be proactive, confident and have strong organisational skills
  • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills and be an effective influencer and negotiator
