As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring alignment across different departments. You will work closely with the operations manager and provide direct support on process improvements and various initiatives. With a focus on reducing potential errors, you will perform, organise, and streamline operational tasks across departments. From pricing and sales to production and distribution, you will contribute to the success of our client's products.


Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle operational tasks across departments and minimise the risk of errors.
  • Assist with pricing, sales, production, and distribution activities.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and staff.
  • Monitor for problems and take necessary action or escalate them to the operations manager.
  • Contribute to the production of the company's products.
  • Maintain composure and handle pressure with professionalism.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and mathematical skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.


Education/Experience:

  • Relevant in business, administration, or a related field. However, candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
