Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator will provide efficient and professional administration support to the VHL Operations team to ensure that exceptional service is provided to our clients and patients at all times.


The Operations Coordinator will also work closely with the wider VHL team to create an inspiring place to work while maintaining an atmosphere of care, trust and ownership - with a healthy dose of fun


Key responsibilities:


  • Respond to incoming emails, orders and phone requests from clinics and practitioners to manage the logistical and operational needs of our many clients based across the UK.
  • Using a combination of in-house and external software to book phlebotomy appointments and schedule our national collections and international deliveries.
  • Work with VHL’s bespoke portal system to input client data, schedule bookings and update our personal courier team with booking information.
  • Responsible for packaging and preparing for posting our various nutritional test kits.

The ‘When’: Office Hours


40 hours per week, rostered to work anytime between the hours of 7:00 am – 23:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, on 8-hour shifts depending upon the needs of the business.


The ‘Where’: Location


Based at The Stables, New Lodge, Drift Road, Winkfield, Windsor, SL4 4RR but subject to change based on business needs.


You may be required to travel to other VHL locations or client sites.
