Calling ALL temps We have an amazing temporary opportunity for an Artworker to join a successful audio company on a full-time basis, ideally located in the East Midlands. The Temporary Artwork Coordinator role offers a dynamic chance to play a crucial part in the creative and operational processes of the organisation. Working closely with the Senior Artwork Coordinator and as part of a collaborative Operations team, this position places you at the centre of the artwork acquisition and delivery process.


From managing permissions and licenses to ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery, you will have the chance to engage with a wide range of internal teams and external stakeholders, including designers, media companies, and authors. Your work will directly influence the successful publication and marketing of titles, making this a role where attention to detail and creative problem-solving are paramount.


This position is perfect for those who enjoy multi-tasking and thrive in fast-paced environments. You'll be responsible for key functions like report generation, approvals, marketing support, and quality control, all while using your skills in copywriting, proofreading, and data management. With the added bonus of potential involvement in language-based tasks (French proficiency is a plus), this role is ideal for someone looking to blend creative, administrative, and technical expertise in a vibrant, deadline-driven setting.
