Role Description


This is a entry level full-time remote role for an Enrichment & Entertainment Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for the research of unique and engaging enrichment and entertainment talent. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to grow in the industry and who is creative, detail-oriented, passionate about entertainment and is admin focused.


  • Support Talent Sourcing: Identify and source speakers, lecturers, and entertainers, ensuring they align with our clients’ luxury standards.
  • Database Development: Research artists in various geographies, disciplines and enrichment areas as first point of contact to grow our international database of talent in a variety of markets.
  • Coordination of Enrichment: Help in the planning and coordination of enrichment programs and entertainment offerings, ensuring they exceed expectations and are unique.
  • Training Assistance: Support the training of entertainers and speakers to deliver enrichment programs to the highest standards, providing ongoing assistance and feedback.
  • Talent Relationship Management: Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing talent.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the seamless integration of talent into planned enrichment programs, providing support before and during execution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support including updating trackers, preparing reports, and maintaining files of promotional materials.

  • Ability to work Independently and remotely
