About Us:

We are a rapidly growing outsourcing and nearshoring company based in Budapest, Hungary. We specialize in helping tech companies scale efficiently. Currently, we are seeking Business Development Representatives with an IT recruitment background who can use their professional networks to attract new business partners and clients, rather than focusing on recruitment tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate New Business Opportunities: Use your network to identify potential clients and partners.
  • Promote Our Services: Present our outsourcing and nearshoring solutions to decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term business relationships with potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and convert business leads into successful partnerships.


Requirements:

  • Experience in IT recruitment or a strong network within the IT sector.
  • Proven sales and business development skills.
  • Track record of building business relationships and generating leads.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
