Due to growth plans for 2024, my client is expanding their Sales Development team and recruiting three Senior Sales Development Representatives. They are seeking experienced outbound sales professionals to deliver qualified sales opportunities for their sales team.


This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering cybersecurity company whose services keep businesses secure. The cybersecurity industry is rapidly evolving and expanding, with global spending on cybersecurity products and services predicted to approach £358 billion by the end of the year. This growth is driven by the increasing frequency and sophistication of cyberattacks.


My client is a leading provider of cybersecurity risk management services specialising in the legal, financial, accountancy and other highly regulated industries. Their services provide ongoing cyber risk management and information security to protect their client's brands, customers and reputations.


As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging prospects through outbound calls using the company-cleansed database and following up on marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify qualified sales leads and nurture a pipeline of prospects
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns
  • Make B2B outbound calls to new prospective customers
  • Book BANT-qualified meetings
  • Collaborate and communicate with the new business sales team
  • Manage pipelines using our CRM database
  • Be accountable for your time management, KPIs, and development


To be considered for the role you will have,

  • Minimum 2.5 years experience in a similar sales outbound B2B sales development/business development position, preferably within professional services
  • Confident in navigating through an organisation when handling gatekeepers, speaking to decision-makers and being quick thinking and solutions focused whilst also being calm in objection handling and creating value.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player – we like to learn from each other, share knowledge, as well as enjoy the job along the way
