Client Accounts Manager (ACA/ACCA)

Location: Birmingham, UK (Hybrid/Flexible)

Your Role:

  • Nurture and grow strong client relationships, offering expert tax and accounting advice
  • Manage your own portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
  • Collaborate with the team, reviewing technical work and providing support
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and drive business growth
  • Enhance Bluewater’s systems and processes, contributing to continuous improvement


About You:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems (Xero, Dext, Fathom)
  • Excellent client relationship management and team management skills
