Your new company

This company is a family run business trading for 40 years and have gone from strength to strength and have gained a superb reputation.
This company is in a great location with attractive luxury offices. This is a full time permanent position. Hours of work is Monday – Friday 8-5 with an hour for lunch.
Salary is circa £25k-£28k.

Your new role
As Internal sales support assistant you will provide support to sales reps portfolio of customers in NI, ROI & GB.

Duties include:Providing administration support to sales repsPhoning loyal customers to generate repeat orders and upselling productsTaking customers orders and processing customer orders onto computer systemAnswer queries from customers in relation to products, pricing, deliveries, availability of product.Liaise with customers in relation to product specs.Inform rep of any issues relating to customer accounts, potential product lines that could be introduced.Source potential new customers for rep to follow up.
