Your new position
This is a part-time opportunity, situated in their office. The role requires working on specific weekdays.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction administration, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to juggle various responsibilities effectively.
Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting in the development and oversight of project documentation.
- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintaining project timelines and monitoring progress.
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Ensuring adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and project reports.
- Managing project budgets and financial documentation.
What you will need to excel
To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Construction Administrator or in a comparable role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
