Your new position
This part-time opportunity is based in their office, requiring availability on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in construction administration, outstanding communication abilities, and the capability to juggle various responsibilities effectively.


Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and oversight of project documentation.
- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintaining project timelines and monitoring progress.
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Ensuring adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Preparing and distributing meeting notes and project updates.
- Managing project budgets and financial documentation.

What you will need to excel
To be considered for this position, you should have:

- Proven experience as a Construction Administrator or in a comparable role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
