About the Role: As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and leading a team of recruiters. Your role will involve creating and executing recruitment strategies, implementing performance management for your team, and collaborating with leadership to ensure talent needs align with company goals. A focus on optimizing recruitment processes through data-driven strategies will be key to achieving hiring targets.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring strong performance and development through coaching and feedback
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the company’s hiring goals
  • Implement performance management practices within the talent acquisition team, setting clear KPIs and tracking success
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Optimize recruitment processes, using data-driven strategies to improve sourcing and hiring efficiencies
  • Build a strong and diverse talent pipeline


Qualifications:

  • Has 4-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of performance management within a talent acquisition team
  • Proven ability to develop data-driven recruitment strategies and track team performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in employer branding and managing recruitment at scale
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai or currently based in Dubai
