We are looking for a resilient, energetic and reliable Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is an entry-level role, and the ideal candidate would have up to two years’ experience in recruitment or sales. As a TA Coordinator you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting top recruitment talent to join our business across our Accounting & Finance, Transformation, and Cyber security teams.

About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our People Team in London. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Stanton House you will be part of the team responsible for hiring top recruitment talent across both sales and operations for our London, Reading and Chicago offices.
You will be able to work closely with both the UK Managing Director and the US Executive Vice-President driving our recruitment efforts and supporting them to ensure they are able to build high performing teams. Responsibilities
Managing, implementing and developing our internal hiring strategy:
- Sourcing exceptional UK and US recruiters using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Tech savvy, with the ability to go through large sets of profiles efficiently.
- Shared accountability for achieving agreed headcount within annual agency budget.
- Building a network of UK and US recruiters, meeting with business unit owners to track progress of lives roles and managing relationships with external agencies.
- Conducting 1st stage interviews and coordinating the full interview process, ensuring best practice and a consistently exceptional candidate experience.
- Building a network of engaged future talent.
Employer Brand
- Shared ownership and development of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Brand for potential new hires.
- Liaising with Marketing regarding content on the company Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
- Ownership of company Glassdoor – monthly updates of photos and office info and responding to reviews.

- Up to 2 years’ experience in recruitment or sales.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
