Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered with a leading Fund Manager on the growth of their Talent Acquisition team on the ground in London. This is a brand-new position, operating on a stand-alone basis working closely with the Founder and senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years' experience in-house, with a proven track-record focusing on direct sourcing in an incredibly high-performing, professional Financial Services environment.

Good knowledge of Asset Management or Investment Management is desirable. • Use creative sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and partnerships, to identify and attract top talent across the financial services sector.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for each role, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience at each step.
  • Maintain high standards of candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and transparency.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics, using data to refine and improve hiring processes and outcomes.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in financial services or a boutique environment, ideally within asset management, private equity, or similar. Or agency experience recruiting into Financial Services clients.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, with a track record of identifying and securing top talent. Familiarity with talent acquisition technologies and platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, standalone role with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred, not required).
