Head of Partnerships

England, UK, United Kingdom Harrington Starr Full time

Head of Partnerships

Digital Assets – Payments

Remote

Up to £150,000 plus package

Here is a rare opportunity to join a profitable and scaling crypto payments business.

They’re asking for a lot, but also offering a lot.

The business is currently privately funded and has experienced significant year on year growth since inception, both across a wide range of market sectors but also globally. They’re not only totally self-sufficient but highly profitable, with no external investment.

This role is about taking complete ownership of the various strategic partnerships that the business requires, such as with liquidity providers and payment processors etc, both establishing new relationships as well as maintaining existing ones.

You will have a junior team member to manage that will assist you in your day-to-day, but this is very much a hands-on position.

As well as this, you will also have the opportunity to design and implement the long-term partner strategy – the team at the moment is small, the intentions are all about significant growth.

To be considered for this role you must have first-hand knowledge of crypto/digital assets, ideally at an institutional grade. You need to come from a payments background, and you need to have demonstrable existing relationships with liquidity providers, as well as Banks, EMIs and PSPs globally.

If you can demonstrate the above, on offer is not only a good base salary with strong bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package, but also the opportunity to play a significant part in the growth of a proven business. There will be equity.
