Project Administrator

This Project Administrator role is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a customer-based business who specialise in installing and maintaining specialist secure access management, surveillance systems, monitoring equipment, and information displays within the Aviation, Health, Transport and Commercial sectors. This will be a documentation focused role where you will be supporting project managers.


  • Permanent: Up to £45,000
  • Office Location: Egham, Surrey
  • 5 days on-site
  • Working hours: 7:30-16:30


Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all relevant team members have the right access to be where they need to be
  • Raising and administrating RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
  • Site inductions at a major UK airport
  • Raising Permits for Road Closures/Accessing Secure Areas
  • Ensuring all H&S documentation is completed corrected and submitted on time
  • Uploading files to close out projects


Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience of Documentum, as this is the main system used for uploading documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience of working in the construction industry in a similar role
