AV Sales Support Administrator

Location: Egham/Staines Salary: up to £30,000

We are a top global audio visual integrator, offering AV and event solutions to various clients worldwide.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to play a vital role in our client-facing Sales team, providing essential sales administration support to the commercial manager.

This is an exciting chance for a skilled Sales Support Administrator to become part of a well-established team with opportunities to enhance services continuously.

We are looking for a Motivated and Dynamic individual who thrives in a sales environment and enjoys working at a fast pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with client support and management.
  • Ensuring timely handling of all client requirements to meet goals.
  • Understanding and adherence to company policies and processes.
  • Managing emails and maintaining relevant filing systems.
  • Organizing diaries, scheduling appointments, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Preparing and formatting presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Providing quotations and handling payment applications.
  • Screening calls, handling enquiries, and conducting research.
  • Making decisions in the manager's absence and liaising with stakeholders.
  • General administrative tasks such as filing, project file management, and organizing the work environment.

Benefits:

Competitive salary: up to £45,000 per year
* 3% pension contribution (6 months after probation)
* 23 days holiday in the first year (increasing to 25 in the 3rd year)
