We are currently recruiting for a Senior Pension Policy Manager to join a well established Financial Services firm who an experienced Individual to play a critical role supporting the firms activities engaging with Government and industry on the development of pension and savings policy.


The main duties of the role:


  • Engaging with business stakeholders to understand the impact of existing and emerging policy on customers and the platform products and services offered
  • Overseeing the process of identifying and assessing new regulatory changes
  • Drafting and managing responses to Government and regulator discussion papers and consultations
  • Applying knowledge of the intention of new policy to support business stakeholders to understand, communicate and deliver regulatory changes

Experience:


You will have a good understanding and experience of the pension and savings platform industry with knowledge of developing regulation. You will have experience of analysing the impact of regulatory changes, be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders and be able to demonstrate an ability to influence strategic discussions.
