Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across diverse regions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to ensure competitive pay structures and practices.
  • Manage annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, and equity programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand and address compensation-related needs and challenges.
  • Gender Pay report, calculation, analysis and legal reporting
  • Ensure compliance with local and international compensation regulations and standards.
  • Lead compensation benchmarking studies and utilize data-driven insights to inform compensation decisions.
  • Provide guidance and support on compensation matters to HR Business Partners, stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and communication materials on compensation programs and policies.
  • Monitor trends and best practices in compensation and recommend improvements to existing programs.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation with at least 3 years in a global or multinational organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with Worday.
  • To manipulate and analyse large data sets.
  • Minimum of Intermediate competence in MS Word and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
