Procurement Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Procurement Manager.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Procurement Manager will lead and manage the procurement strategy to ensure cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.

In this role, the successful candidate will support the Finance Director with strategic planning, developing procurement policies, and managing supplier relationships. This is a newly created position designed to meet the needs of our growing business. The Procurement Manager will work closely with various departments to streamline procurement activities and achieve company goals and objectives.


Our company processes approximately 50 purchase orders per week and works with 15-20 key suppliers. As we continue to grow, we aim to expand our supply chain network while also streamlining operations to reduce the number of orders processed and create a more efficient workflow for incoming goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings, efficiency, and quality improvements
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and conditions
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value enhancement
  • Mitigate risks in the procurement process through effective strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, savings achieved, and performance metrics


The role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to supplier locations.
