Business Development - FX Payments Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FX dealer with a strong background in business development to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in deliverable FX who is ready to build their own client base and lead a team of business developers.
Role Overview: As a BD FX Payments Specialist, you will:
- Bring in new business from day one, supported by company leads.
- Build and expand a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Manage an existing book of clients, booking trades and delivering market insights.
- Work closely with business development managers (BDMs) to onboard new clients.
- Represent the company at industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close new business while expanding an existing client base.
- Provide market updates and economic insights to clients.
- Mentor and develop junior business developers to drive revenue growth.
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in deliverable FX within the payments sector.
- Proven ability to generate and close new business.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth and expansion.
- Strong understanding of FX products and solutions for corporate clients.
About the Company: Our client is a London-based, fully authorised and regulated deliverable Foreign Exchange and Payments company. We are expanding our sales and dealing teams to promote our suite of FX services and drive growth.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary (TBC).
- 20% commission for self-generated business.
- No cap on commission potential.
This is an office-based role, with a requirement to be in the office at least 4 days per week.
