Job Title: Junior Business Development Manager (Swedish Speaker)
Salary: £30k-40k basic, with a 30% bonus taking your package higher

Location(s): London
An FMCG/Tech enterprise that emerged a little over ten years ago, but is now an institution across the UK, parts of Europe and Asia, is growing in multiple markets and geographies across the UK.
They're looking for a a number of Junior Business Development Managers to come in and grow their book of business - successful candidates will be joining as part of a new team
Junior Business Development Manager (Swedish Speaker) Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £30k-40k
- Annual 30% bonus

Successful candidates will possess a natural flair for engaging with people, they'll employ a consultative approach with customers and businesses as the face and mouthpiece of the company's prestigious brand. You'll enjoy an autonomous role in which you decide your own progression based on your strengths and interests.
Junior Business Development Manager (Swedish Speaker) Role:
- Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client
- Undertake effective territory planning and preparation, with lead generation and prospecting front of mind
- Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites in order to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company's value proposition
- Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base
- Manage and monitor the performance of sales throughout your assigned territory
Junior Business Development Manager (Swedish Speaker):
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Bi-lingual fluency in Swedish and English is required
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Confident with good presentation skills
- Driving licence preferred
- A strong work ethic with a positive outlook
