Business Development Manager
Covering: London & South East
Business Insurance & Financial Services
£45k basic + car allowance + uncapped commission (£95k realistic OTE in 1st year and £120k+ in 2nd year)
The Role: As Business Development Manager you will be selling B2B insurance products to SME & Corporate clients across the Greater London area. This is a new business focused role selling to end users in a wide variety of markets. Leads will be self generated via relationship building and networking Business Managers and Corporate Account Managers within one of the leading high street banks as a contracted partner.
Key responsibilities:
* To represent the business in a professional & ethical manner.
* Generate new business in line with targets.
* Develop business relationships with Corporate Account Management teams within bank partners.
* Manage & convert new business leads
* Generate own leads by networking and managing a local CRM database.
* To provide accurate management information on a regular basis.
You: we're looking for an established field sales executive / BDM with a hunter mentality and a proven track record in a consultative sales role. Your success will hinge on your ability to forge strong relationships with Corporate Account Managers at one of the worlds leading banks. Strong relationship management skills are required to nurture relationships with leading banks and brokers to generate new business leads. A background selling professional services / solutions is preferred but not essential.
