Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales strategy and execution for our payments solutions across the UK and EMEA, driving significant revenue growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan that targets key markets, ensuring rapid expansion and market penetration.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to secure high-value contracts and partnerships.
- Leverage your deep understanding of the payments landscape to identify new opportunities, navigate challenges, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Play a pivotal role in scaling the business during a period of rapid growth, contributing to the company’s long-term success.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales within the payments industry, with a strong focus on market expansion in the UK and EMEA.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
- Experience working in a Series A/B company or a similar high-growth organization is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse sales team across multiple regions.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of both developing and executing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
- Based in London, with the flexibility to travel across the EMEA region as required.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of £130,000, with a performance-driven bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package.
