The Opportunity:


You will join one of the world’s leading electronics manufacturing companies where you’ll be enrolled in their 16-month HR Apprentice scheme. This role will combine on the job training with one study-day for you to gain your CIPD qualification.


What You’ll Do:


As an HR Assistant, you will:


  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and low-level ER casework
  • Manage HR inbox and escalate issues as needed
  • Support recruitment processes and candidate communication
  • Assist with designing and delivering training
  • Maintain and report on Total Rewards & Benefits data



What We’re Looking For:


  • Previous experience in an applicable role (e.g. HR intern, Recruitment Resourcer, Office Assistant, Payroll Assistant, etc.)
  • A genuine desire to learn and progress within HR
  • Willingness to study and progress through CIPD qualifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills


What Else You Need To Know:


  • This role is based in Crawley and is a hybrid role (Tues, Weds, and Thurs in office & Mon and Fri at home)
  • Includes an excellent benefits package
  • Sponsorship is not provided for this role – applicants must be a British Citizen or have Indefinite Leave to Remain
