The client is a multi-award-winning retrofit decarbonisation solutions provider and principal contractor delivering at scale across all housing tenure types, including social, owner occupied and private rental homes.


Overview of the Role:

The Regional Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the collation of evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient Measures carried out under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) and other funding streams to ensure compliance with scheme regulations.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with SBS and SES teams to identify necessary measures and evidence for each project.
  • Develop trackers, logs, and shared folder access (OneDrive, SharePoint) for project compliance.
  • Ensure evidence is requested, organised, and stored in line with project KPIs.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely information delivery.
  • Build relationships with Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors, and Designers to understand scheme requirements.
  • Manage client expectations for compliance, deadlines, and data uploads upon project completion.
  • Assist in submitting key measures to certification bodies.
  • Research funding streams and their requirements.
  • Attend site visits with the supply chain to clarify evidence needs.
  • Promote Sustainable Energy Services' ethos and professionalism.
  • Stay informed on PAS2030:2019 and relevant updates.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in data collection.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel) and project management tools.
  • Ability to use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
