Are you a Sales Manager with a strong background in automation & robotics having business knowledge of logistics, warehouse & manufacturing Industry, and looking for a highly autonomous and rewarding role where you will play an integral part in driving new and existing business for the UK market. Alphadroid Ltd with its Robotics & AI capability has proven the product in hospitality segment, and now working to expand in other industry like warehouse/logistics/manufacturing. Given the new category, company is looking for functional and technical manager who has similar industry experience and can grow the business.
The Role:
- Manage and grow company sales pipeline
- Identify new markets for high value Logistics/warehouse robotics & automation solutions
- Apply effective strategies to ensure strong, effective and long-term client relationships
- Identify the scope of projects and provide accurate bids within profit margins
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth technical support to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to address client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present proposals, including ROI and cost-benefit analyses.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
The Person:
- Experience in Technical Sales Management (Automation, robotics, AMR, Logistics & Warehouse background preferred)
- Success in delivering an effective and profitable sales strategy
- Relevant Experience of min 5 years
- UK Driving License
- Open to travel
