Full job description : Technical Sales Manager (Automation / Robotics)

Are you a Sales Manager with a strong background in automation & robotics having business knowledge of logistics, warehouse & manufacturing Industry, and looking for a highly autonomous and rewarding role where you will play an integral part in driving new and existing business for the UK market. Alphadroid Ltd with its Robotics & AI capability has proven the product in hospitality segment, and now working to expand in other industry like warehouse/logistics/manufacturing. Given the new category, company is looking for functional and technical manager who has similar industry experience and can grow the business.


The Role:

  • Manage and grow company sales pipeline
  • Identify new markets for high value Logistics/warehouse robotics & automation solutions
  • Apply effective strategies to ensure strong, effective and long-term client relationships
  • Identify the scope of projects and provide accurate bids within profit margins
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth technical support to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to address client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and present proposals, including ROI and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.


The Person:

  • Experience in Technical Sales Management (Automation, robotics, AMR, Logistics & Warehouse background preferred)
  • Success in delivering an effective and profitable sales strategy
  • Relevant Experience of min 5 years
  • UK Driving License
  • Open to travel
