Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing business operations within the advertising or digital media industry, with a keen understanding of CTV advertising. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day:

· Set up, plan and monitor campaigns across ad servers,

· Monitor operations inflow of sales approvals, insertion orders and copy rotations,

· Track campaigns on a daily basis to ensure that they are delivering and reaching their impression target,

· Produce end of campaign reports once the campaign is completed,

· Help set up new campaigns (budget/time frame/copy /CPM) on the ad-server (Springserve) using the campaign database,

· Perform all duties of ad operations including trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign optimizations, and reporting,

· Manage onboarding/offboarding and technical integration of programmatic partners,

· Track and optimize programmatic monetization partners across SSP, DSP and other 3rd party demand,

· Effectively communicate the status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc. to client contacts

· Monitor and analyse campaign performance

· Track and report on programmatic revenue to Sales Directors/Management.

· Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

· Provide reporting and analytics throughout the campaign lifetime to ensure campaign pacing and performance.

· Manage timely status updates with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.

· Help to manage TCF/GDPR compliance issues


Operational Strategy and Planning:

· Develop and implement operational strategies that support the overall business objectives.

· Design and optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

· Collaborate with senior management to align operational activities with business goals.


Process Improvement:

· Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.

· Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep operations current and


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree is preferable.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the advertising or digital media industry.

· Strong understanding of CTV advertising and the digital media landscape.

· Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing business operations.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
