The Role
In this environment your ability to think entrepreneurially and drive performance through creativity and passion will be vital, but as the business continues on it’s journey of growth, you will also need to implement robust procedures and structure to ensure consistent delivery of operational excellence.
You will lead and engage a team of General Managers, focused on creating great environments in which their teams can have fun and thrive whilst delivering outstanding customer experiences around product and service.
The Candidate
You will currently be in an Operations or Area Manager role within the hospitality space. This does not necessarily need to be QSR, but you will have experience of working at pace and with passion for excellence.
An inspirational leader, you’ll have built a driven and successful team around you who are as passionate about delighting their customers as they are meeting and exceeding commercial targets.
You’ll be focused on the detail and understand the levers to great performance, but will encourage and coach your managers so that they can take accountability for the success of their business and their people.
