To support this ambitious trajectory, they are seeking a highly experienced Country Manager/VP of Operations to lead the charge.


The Role

As Country Manager/VP of Operations, you will be at the helm of the UK division, driving operational excellence and spearheading growth strategies. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Reporting directly to the European CEO, you will play a key role in scaling the business, optimizing operations, and fostering a high-performing culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the operational strategy to support growth targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of project delivery, resource planning, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and drive cost efficiencies across the business.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal leadership.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


About You

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations and leadership within the automation or industrial solutions sector. You’re a strategic thinker with a track record of scaling businesses and managing complex projects across diverse industries.


Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience at Country Manager, VP, or Operations Director level.
  • Expertise in automation, engineering, or industrial solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project management, resource allocation, and operational strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
