Role: Sales Manager - Print/Label & Packaging

Location: Remote working - Travel to client sites required, predominantly in the Midlands

Salary: Circa £85K base - £140K OTE + £7.2K car allowance & other benefits (Stocks/Shares, Pension, Annual Leave etc)

Type: Permanent, full-time


Our client is a leading Fortune 50 technology solutions provider to consumers, businesses and institutions globally.


They are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand their Label & Packaging (L&P) division within the UK & Ireland. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence strategy and drive results in a profitable and innovative team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an experienced sales team
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Acquire new customers in the UK & I region
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct financial forecasting for the L&P Business Unit


Requirements:

  • Established contacts in the UK Label & Packaging industry
  • Proven experience in sales team management
  • Background in large corporate or multinational environments
