We work with ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, developers, property funds, fiduciaries, corporate institutions, and sovereign wealth funds.


We are recruiting for a operations director to head up our sales partner department. You will be hiring experienced Sales agents throughout Prime Central London. The role will require you to hire and manage the partners and grow the department by recruiting a minimum number of partners over a 12 months period. This will be a very rewarding role as you will grow this part of the business with us and share in its success.


Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing a property sales team and driving sales growth

• Experience in the luxury real estate industry, with a focus on London property

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with your team.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Minimum 3 Years London real estate experience is required.



We are offering a generous basic salary and a fantastic commission structure, with OTE in excess of 300k per annum. A company luxury car after 6 months, choose from a (Lamborghini, Ferrari, Mercedes G63, Range Rover, Gym membership in one of the top gyms in Central London and a luxury holiday Package.
