We are looking for a gritty and ambitious individual for the position of EMEA SALES to lead and grow the company's channel partner network. This role is for a new business hunter that has experience in both direct and indirect sales.


My client is a scale-up software company that is revolutionizing the industrial sector with their AI capabilities allowing businesses to manage their utilities across buildings. They have seen huge, global success and are now building their UK operations.


We are seeking a hungry salesperson who has brilliant prospecting skills that can be applied to growing a channel network across EMEA.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners to promote and sell your products and services.
  • Relationship build: Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships within the eco-system. Working closely with partners to develop new strategies that will leverage our product strengths and optimise market growth.
  • Account Management: Conduct regular reviews with partners to ensure alignment with company objectives. Monitor and analyse performance against goals set.
  • Training: Provide on-going training and support to our partners.



Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven Commercial Success: A track record of driving sales within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, ideally in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Channel Partner Experience: You would have some experience in indirect sales. You understand how it works.
  • Start-Up Experience: Demonstrated ability to work in a scaling environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.

Additionally flexible to travel as needed.
