The opportunity:


An innovative new disrupter brand bringing mood-boosting, non-alcoholic beer infused with adaptogens and functional mushrooms to the market. Launched in February 2024, and backed by a successful VC fundraising round, the business is now building out the team. A key appointment is the Commercial Manager, focussing initially on the on-trade channel and subsequently growing the team.


What will my accountabilities be?


The Commercial Manager will lead sales growth, focussing on driving B2B sales, particularly in the on-trade sector. Given the early-stage nature of the company, you’ll need to be hands-on, wearing multiple hats and contributing to areas outside of traditional sales, such as events and marketing.


Who will I be working with?


Reporting to the CEO, working closely with Head of Product and a soon to be appointed Marketing Manager


A great candidate will have:

⭐️ Passion and resilience required to scale an early growth disruptor brand

⭐️ Ability to develop and implement sales operations and systems
