Role Description
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team in Greater London. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, spearheading communication, lead generation, team management, and overall sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with potential and existing clients, ensuring clear and timely responses to inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including market research, networking, and online platforms.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales development representatives, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Sales: Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and closing deals.
- Sales Operations: Manage sales processes, including CRM data management, sales pipeline tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record: Demonstrated success in sales development, lead generation, and team management.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to challenges.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in environmental issues and sustainable practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Logistics Experience: Previous experience in the logistics or a related industry is a plus but not required.
