We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in South Cambridge who are recruiting for an Italian Speaking Credit Controller on a full-time basis. Our client can offer a hybrid working model and to be successful in the role, you would need to have experience in a similar position.


Typical duties include:

- Maintaining customer relationships and managing assigned accounts effectively

- Processing card payments

- Monitoring aged debt reports and taking appropriate action

- Liaising with customers and escalating issues where necessary

- Dealing with incoming queries and approving credit limits when required

- Assisting with any other duties to assist where required


You will have:

- Excellent communication, both written and verbal (Italian Required)

- Strong organisational skillset and able to manage own workload effectively

- Excellent attention to detail

- Experience working in a similar role and enjoy providing great customer service
