LHH Recruitment presents an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller with Italian language skills to join our client in Cambridge. This is a 35 hour working week, with one day spent in the office (Thursdays). The role offers a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.

Job Description

In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with internal teams and Italian-speaking customers to arrange payment of overdue accounts. Your tasks and responsibilities will include contacting overdue customer accounts, resolving customer disputes, and ensuring a smooth running of accounts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Contacting overdue customer accounts
  • Resolving customer disputes
  • Maintaining accurate records

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Accounts Receivable, offering exceptional service both internally and externally. Proficiency in SAP software, strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have had a credit control role in the past and possess fluent Italian language skills. A solid understanding of Accounts Receivable, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is also required.
