LHH Recruitment presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled Credit Controller with Italian language skills to join our client in Cambridge. As a key member of the accounts receivable function, you will be responsible for collecting debt, monitoring credit, and resolving customer disputes.

Role Description

This is a 35 hour working week, with one day spent in the office (Thursdays). The role offers a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package. You will work closely with internal teams and Italian-speaking customers to arrange payment of overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting debt from overdue customer accounts
  • Resolving customer disputes and ensuring a smooth running of accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

A solid background in Accounts Receivable, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this role.

Requirements and Benefits

To be considered for this role, you must have had a credit control role in the past and possess fluent Italian language skills. Experience with SAP software and strong relationship-building skills are also highly desirable. This role offers a competitive salary range of £35k + bonus, along with an attractive benefits package.
