A newly created role, you will be tasked with supporting senior leaders to design bespoke solutions and processes, bringing new ideas to a business that desires the knowledge of how the commodities/trading/financial services world reward their employees on a global basis


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reward strategy.
  • Provide strategic leadership and propose innovative reward strategies.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive reward packages.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other internal teams, including international

  • Proven experience in financial services, particularly in trading environments.
